How do I choose the best EV charger installation company?

Can you help with Haval charger installation?
Yes, for a Haval plug-in hybrid that supports external charging, subject to a charger and site assessment. A conventional Haval hybrid or petrol model does not need a plug-in charger. Send the exact variant so we can advise correctly.
Do you handle MG, Chery Tiggo and JAECOO charger installation?
We assess installation enquiries for MG electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, Chery Tiggo plug-in variants, and JAECOO electric or plug-in models. We check the model, charging port and charger specifications before confirming suitability.
Can you assess a charger for an imported EV?
Yes. Share the make, model, year, import-market specification and clear photos of the charging port and charger label. Connector and electrical compatibility must be checked; a brand name alone is not enough to select equipment.
Will a 7 kW charger work with my home electricity supply?
That depends on your available capacity, existing household load, wiring and the charger requirements. We review these during the survey. The actual charging rate also depends on the vehicle’s onboard charger; a higher-rated wallbox does not guarantee faster charging.
How long does installation take?
The schedule depends on the cable route, electrical upgrades, access and testing required. We confirm an estimated installation duration after the survey rather than promise the same completion time for every property.
Can you install in an apartment or shared parking area?
We can assess apartment and shared parking installations. Permission from the owner or building management, a suitable electricity supply and a practical cable route may be needed before work starts.
What does 1 year free after-sales service mean?
PARSEK provides 1 year free after-sales service following installation. Ask for the support scope and any exclusions in your written quote. Charger manufacturer warranties, replacement parts and additional electrical work are separate unless explicitly included.
